I ship items out as soon as I possibly can. Usually within a day or two.
If you pay via mailed check or cash it may take a while for me
to ship items out as I do not send items out that have not been paid for.
I offer a two-week guarantee on all Zipper Pulls- if it breaks let me know and I'll be happy to work with you on a replacement.
